End of life care

We have a dedicated team of trained end of life care workers who are available to support you and your family.

The aim of end of life care is to be supported by are dedicated support workers and to remain as comfortable as possible – this includes support from the district nursing team to keep you pain free.

what is included with end of life care.

• Personal care, including help with things like washing, dressing, assisting with diet and fluid, mouth care and continence care
• managing physical symptoms such as pain(informing the district nursing team)
• emotional, spiritual and psychological support
• support for your family and friends.
• soft music of your choice
• flowers
• support plan based on your requirements at the end of life. (your wishes)
